MNAs spring netball competition is a social, 8 week competition run from October - December each year following on from the winter netball competition. There are divisions for all age groups and abilities in NetSetGo, Junior, Open and Walking Netball.

All divisions and age groups are mixed, with a limit in the number of males allowed on the court at any one time from 13U to Open and Walking Netball. In the Walking Netball, Open and Junior 18U - 13U competitions, teams may have up to three male players on court at any one time. There must be no more than one male player in each playing area at any time (shooting, midcourt, defence).

Teams nominate directly to MNA and are not Club-based. All teams are required to have a minimum of seven players registered to participate in the spring competition. A maximum of 12 players can be registered in any team.

Information regarding registration for the 2025 MNA Spring Competition will be sent out and advertised on social media later in the year.

Please also see the Spring Competition Handbook for more information.
